What it costs your time
One day a month. Ceiling. The pilot is one morning of site access. After that it is one shoot day a month, a 90 minute interview once, and a standing approval so nothing waits on you. Anything naming a partner brand still comes to you first.
What it reaches
Buyers, partners, capital. One library serving all three. Brokers send it, partners publish it, and it opens every capital conversation you have.
What it costs in risk
You own every frame. Every file is delivered to ORE with full rights as it is made. The pilot carries no commitment at all. The retainer runs in 12 month terms, and in exchange the rate never moves.

The crews on this are the ones who work on Marvel Studios, Warner Bros and Netflix productions, including Avengers, Superman, Peacemaker and Stranger Things. Cinema cameras, cinema aerial systems, cinema lighting.

This is not real estate video. It is the same standard, pointed at your buildings.

Ownership

An archive, not a campaign.

Every file is delivered to ORE with full rights as it is made. Not at the end of a term, not on completion, as it is made.

The pilot commits you to nothing. Beyond that the retainer runs in 12 month terms, and whatever we have shot is yours whether you renew or not. Nobody can go back and shoot 2026 in 2029.

The work

Judge it on the film, not the deck.

Everything above is a plan. This is the standard the plan produces. Two minutes, and it is the same crew and the same cameras that would shoot The Edge.

If the pilot is a yes

  1. You give us a date One morning at The Edge before residents move in. We work around your construction schedule, not the other way around.
  2. We shoot and deliver in two weeks One film and the full stills library, delivered to ORE with full rights whether or not anything else happens.
  3. You decide, with the work in front of you If it is not what you want on your buildings, we shake hands and you keep the footage. Nothing beyond the first shoot is committed until you say so.

Investment

One shoot now. Then one flat monthly.
